Nominated by Lieutenant JG Finchley Kerr 		Since coming in as our new Executive Officer, Lt Ryder has been very active both IC with the mission story line and OOC on the games Discord channel. It's always welcomed by the crew members that the Command team takes a very keen interest in the game and in the crew, Lt Ryder certainly does this.
